Mississippi Mayhem Chili
• 3 lbs ground beef
• 1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 1 – 6 oz can tomato paste
• 8 oz water
• 2 beef bullion cubes
• 2 white onions, chopped
• 3 cloves minced garlic
• 1 tsp Tabasco
• 3 TBSP chili powder
• 1 TBSP oregano
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 can light red kidney beans
• 1 can dark red kidney beans
Brown ground chuck. Add all ingredients and bring to simmer.
The longer it sets (preferably overnight), the better!
