Yellow squash Casserole |

4 lb yellow squash sliced
1 stick butter
1 large onion chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter, add squash and onion salt and pepper
Cook until tender
Add:
2 T mayonnaise
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese
Add Topping:
2 sticks of butter
2 rolls of ritz crackers, crushed. Sprinkle on top.
Put in your favorite casserole dish and Bake@ 350 degrees just until top starts turning. |
