1 roll of refrigerated sugar cookie
1 can of pie filling of your choice
1 8oz block of Cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
When making this I find that it come out much better if you use a pizza stone.
Roll out the sugar cookie on the pizza pan/stone and bake as directed. (we like it a little over done)
Let it cool for about 20-30 minutes. When cooled mix the cream cheese and the sugar together and spread over
the cookie. Open the can of pie filling and spread over the cream cheese mixture. Very Very Easy and Very good!
I am always asked to make this for potlucks...fine with me, fairly cheap to make! Clip those coupons!
