Recipe: 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 medium oinon sliced or diced 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 can sliced mushrooms 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 can white clam sauce 1 jar Alfredo sauce Saute oinon in oil add garlic mix well then add mushrooms. When oinons are transparent add clams and Italian seasoning. bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, add Alfredo sauce, mix well, stir often until well heated. Serve over pasta with shredded parmesian cheese. If you buy ready to use oinon and a jar of minced garlic Prep time is about 2 minuets, cook time 30 minuets.
