Bow Tie Pasta (Ground Beef or Turkey) Can freeze f

Recipe: 1 lb ground beef or turkey 1 onion 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning 1 bag bowtie pasta 1 cup frozen spinach or 2 cups fresh spinach 1 large can crushed tomato *Parmesan cheese for topping if desired* Add olive oil to pan and saute chopped onion. Add ground meat and brown until cooked. Drain excess fat. Return meat to pan. Add Italian Seasoning and spinach and saute together (will take longer if wilting fresh spinach.) After sauteing with spinach for about 5 min add can of crushed tomatoes. Heat thoroughly. (While sauce is coming together cook pasta as directed.) Once pasta is cooked and drained toss it with the sauce. Sprinkle some Parmesan and enjoy! Serves a ton! I bag up the leftovers and freeze. (If taking out of the freezer thaw and microwave. You can reheat on the stove but may need to add a small can of tomato sauce may be a bit dry.)
