Sausage & Peppers Penne

Recipe: 1 pkg Butterball smoked turkey sausage 1 box penne pasta 1 green pepper large chop 1 red pepper large chop 1 onion (white or yellow) large chop 1 large sweet apple chopped 2 tblsp olive oil Italian seasonings to taste salt & pepper to taste Start cooking process for pasta. Cut sausage links into bite size pieces. Cook in olive oil until a nice golden sear, add peppers, onions and apples. Cook for about 5-7 minutes. Make sure to leave a nice crisp on the veggies. Add italian seasonings and a bit of the pasta water to sausage mixture. Drain pasta and add pasta to sausage mixture. Stir, season to taste with Italian seasonings and salt & pepper. Enjoy! This is one of our families favorite quick go to meal!
