Crescent Cobbler

Recipe: 2-Granny Smith apples cut into 1/8s 2-cans Pillsbury crescent rolls 2-sticks butter 1-cup sugar 1 1/2 cups Mountain Dew 2-t cinnamon 1-cup chopped pecans Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap 1 piece of the apple inside one crescent roll, until all 16 are done. Place in lightly greased baking pan (I use a brownie pan). Melt butter and stir in sugar. Pour over crescents, then pour the Mountain Dew over the top (DON'T mix the fluids together...keep seperate). Sprinkle the cinnamon and pecans evenly over the top. Bake for 45 minutes. This is delicious alone or served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. This recipe also turns out great if you only want to make half, which I usually do.
