Ingredients
1 block of cream cheese
1 can refried beans
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese
1 tomato
1/2 can sliced black olives
Spread the re-fried beans on the bottom of the pan
In a mixing bowl mix the sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning until creamy. Spread on top of the beans. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Bake in oven at 375 till cheese shredded cheese is melted. Be careful not to over cook. Should take 8-10 min. top with tomato's and olives. Serve with scoop-able chips and enjoy!
For best results let cream cheese soften before making.
