1 refrigerated tube of pizza dough (pilsbury) or sometimes I use a package of Naan Bread in a pinch
1-1/2-2 cups of shredded smoked Gouda
3 plum tomatoes sliced thinly
2 garlic cloves minced
Olive oil
Cooking spray
Fresh Basil leaves
Salt and Pepper
1. Preheat oven 450
2. Roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Spray with cooking spray. Bake for 5 mins. If using Naan, spray with cooking spray and bake for 3-5 mins
3. Sprinkle Gouda, arrange tomatoes, add basil (to your taste)
4. Drizzle with olive oil and garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until cheese looks melted and creamy. |
