Recipe: Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour 2tsp baking powder 1 stick (1/4 cup) butter or margarine 4 eggs 1/3 cup honey slightly heated 2 bananas or equivalent of other fruit overripe is best 1/4tsp vanilla 1. Pre-heat oven 350F 2. Muffin tin, non-stick or use paper liners 12 count 3. Using a blender, add wet ingredients and blend. Slowly add fruit until smooth. Slowly add dry ingredients until smooth. 4. Pour into muffin tins until almost full 5. Cook in center shelf for 25-30 minutes, or until golden, keeping in mind oven vary in temperature control.
