Green Chile Cheese Enchiladas

Recipe: 1 package tortillias 1 10oz block of monteray jack cheese, shredded 1 16oz container each of sour cream and cottage cheese 1 lg can green chile sauce 1 bunch green onions, diced 1/2 envelope onion soup mix 1 can diced green chiles in large bowl mix sour cream, cottage cheese, green onions, chiles and onion soup mix. Spread 2 tsp mixture on each tortillia top with cheese, roll up and place in a nonstick pan. When all tortillias are in pan, spread remaining mixture on top, as well as remaining cheese. Pour green chile sauce on top and bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes and serve with a green salad.
