1/2 tsp. each of salt, garlic powder, paprika
1/4 tsp. each of onion powder, pepper, cumin, chili powder
1 1/2 lb. chicken breast
1/4 c. butter
Combine all spices. Pound chicken to 1/4 in thickness.
Melt butter in skillet. Dip chicken in butter and rub spices evenly over both sides.
Cook in skillet, or grill, 2-3 minutes per side.
