Sweet Potato Brownies

Recipe: Ingredients 1 15 oz can Princella Cut Sweet Potatoes, purèed 1 1/4 cups Vegetable oil 4 eggs 1 cup Brown sugar 1 cup Granulated white sugar 2 cups Flour 1 tsp Baking soda 1 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Allspice 1/2 tsp Salt Directions Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs, oil, sweet potato, brown sugar and white sugar together. Stir in remaining ingredients until evenly mixed. Pour into a greased and floured 9-by-13 inch baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until center springs back when touched. Serve warm.
