This is an extremely healthy, easy, and SUPER FAST recipe that our family loves. We hope you like it too!
1/2 lb pasta (any kind you prefer cooked according to package)
1 package of sweet Italian turkey sausage
4 cloves fresh garlic minced
1 package of fresh broccoli florets in a microwave safe bag(cooked according to package directions)
1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat skillet on medium heat. Squeeze sausage out of casings and crumble into hot skillet, cook until browned. Add fresh garlic and saute until lightly browned. Add steamed broccoli and cooked pasta, toss all ingredients. Add shredded cheese and toss again. Serve immediately. |
