Toasted egg

Recipe: Butter, Egg(s),Salt,Pepper, Bread and Pam if not using non-stick pan/skillet. Heat skillet to medium heat and melt 1 tsp butter for each toasted egg you plan to cook, usually cooking 2 at a time works great! Remove a small portion of bread from center of each piece that you are cooking(about the size of a half dollar). Place bread in pan, ensure butter covers bottom side of bread, spin bread around in pan to coat. Crack 1 egg and place in center hole of bread being toasted. Using spatula edge, spread egg to edges of bread. Season with salt/pepper. Continue cooking, flipping and slightly pressing to ensure toasted egg cooks completly. Enjoy!
