1 Can of chili
2 cups of shredded cheese
1/2 cup of water
10 tortillas
Take 1/3 of the chili, mix with 1&1/2 cup of cheese, and mix 1/4 cup of water. Put mixture into tortillas. Roll the tortillas up and place them in a pan. Put 1/4 cup of water in with the rest of the chili and pour it over the tortialls in the pan. Top with the last 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake for 30 mins at 350.
For more heat you can add a can of green chilis and or jalepenos. Add them to the mixture before stuffing the tortillas. |
