Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Sausage
1 box elbow macaroni
1 roll of Jimmy Dean sausage (hot, bold, or maple work best)
1 small box of Velveeta cheese
1/4-1/2 cup butter/margarine
1/2 cup milk
Cook the elbow macaroni as directed on the box while cooking the sausage. Cut the Velveeta cheese into slices. When noodles and sausage are finished cooking, layer ingredients in a baking dish starting with noodles, sausage, cheese, and then slices of butter. Repeat a second layer. When all finished at 1/2 cup of milk around the edges of the pan and cook at 350 for 30-35 minutes. |
