Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for 45 minutes.
Ingredients.
1 lb. ground beef
4 cups frozen tater tots
1 can creamy of mushroon soup
Instructions.
Brown ground beef and drain. If beef is very lean, add 1 tsp. olive oil for best browning results.
Transfer meat mixture into a shallow 2 quart baking dish. Cover meat with can of creamy mushroom soup. Top with a single layer of tater tots with shreeded chesse layered on top.
