Place 3lb. bonless pork roast in crockpot. Mix 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup cider vinegar and McCormick Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork seasoning pack. Pour over roast and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours. Shred pork with two forks and mix with remaining sauce in crock pot. Spread both sides of hamburger rolls with mayo and sprinkle heavily with shredded cabbage. Top with pulled pork and BBQ sauce of your liking. (you may use pre-made cole slaw in place of mayo and cabbage to speed things up) |
