12 corn tortillas cut into 8 triangles each
1 pint sour cream
4 cups grated cojack cheese
3 4oz cans diced mild green chilis drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 cups cooked diced boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 bunch green onions chopped
mix everything together except tortillas and 1 cup of the cheese, layer 1/3 of mixture in bottom of a crock pot 1/2 tortillas,1/3 sauce mixture rest of the tortillsa then the rest of the sauce top with reserved cheese! Turn crock pot on high for 3 hours, let rest 20 min then sergeants |
