Recipe: One of my more requested recipes. ----------------------------------- Cherry Pie Filling Bread 1 1/2 cups oil 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 cups flour 2 cups sugar or 1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 (20 ounce) cans cherry pie filling, can use lower sugar 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans -------------------------------------------------- Beat together oil, eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Stir or fold in cherry pie filling and nuts by hand. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
