Cherry Pie Filling Bread
1 1/2 cups oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar or 1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (20 ounce) cans cherry pie filling, can use lower sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Beat together oil, eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Stir or fold in cherry pie filling and nuts by hand. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour. |
