Cheesy Potatoes

Recipe: 1 package (32 oz) frozen hash brown potatoes 2 cans cream of potato soup 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream 1 tsp garlic salt 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese In a large bowl; combine soup, sour cream and salt. Add potatoes (still frozen) and cheddar cheese and mix well. Pour into greased 13X9 baking dish. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender an just slightly browned. One could also use a crock pot. Just mix together the ingredients as instructed above, add to an un-greased crock pot, and cook on low for about 5 hours. ENJOY!!! : )
