Recipe: Ingredients 4 cups old fashioned rolled oats 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup honey 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts 1/3 chopped almonds 1/4 cup golden raisins 1/4 cup dried cranberries *perfect to take out camping. Procedures 1 Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2 In a large bowl, mix oats, salt, and cinnamon. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter and honey. Pour butter mixture over oats and stir until oats are coated. 3 Spread oats out over baking sheet. Bake until oats are golden, about 30 minutes. Halfway through baking, move oats around with a spoon to prevent clumping. 4 Mix cooked oats with nuts and dried fruit. 5 Storing: The granola will keep for a month, packed in an airtight container.
