Classy Three-Cheese Tortellini and Fresh Tomato Sa

Recipe: 1 (9 oz.) package of refrigerated three cheese tortellini pasta 1/2 cup of red grape tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup of yellow grape tomatoes, halved 2 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste 3 to 4 Tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil 1/8 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese, to taste 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil (optional) Directions Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta. Combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil in a bowl. Toss together. Top with cheese and garnish with basil. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy!
