Recipe: Here is what all you will need: 4 cups of the elbow uncooked macaroni 1/4 cup of butter 1/4 cup of flour 1 1/2 cup of milk 1/2 cup of sour cream 1 package of kraft shredded three cheese 1 package of cheese breadcrumbs mix - Heat oven to 350F - Cook the macaroni as directed on the package, melt the butter in a saucepan on low heat, stir in flour, cook and stir for 2 minutes. - gradually stir in the milk and cook on medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until the mix begins to boil, and continue to stir - Stir in sour cream, simmer on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until it becomes thickened, add the shredded cheese, cook and stir until all is melted - Drain macaroni, add the sauce, place the casserole into a pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and place in the oven - bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through
