Recipe: Turn on oven at 350. WARNING: Blend the following by hand don't over do it: I did once and it was disgusting! Ingredients 1 can condensed milk 1 can evaporated milk - 12 oz 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla (maybe up to 3/4 tsp.) 1st spray a pie pan with nonstick spray next make Caramel Put 1 cup white sugar into pie pan Placepan on stovetop over high heat. WATCH it until sugar totally melts. You just want it a light honey color. Mami usually burns it. Depends on your taste. Remove pan from heat. Pour into it the blended ingredients. Place into oven on a bigger pan that has water in it. Cook about one hour or until a knife inserted into it comes out clean. Take out of oven and let cool. Place in refrigerator until cold. When you are going to serve it, place bottom of mold into warm water for about 5-7 minutes. Take out of water and turn over unto a nice dish.
