Pre- heat the oil in the skillet on Med heat. Take the chicken tenders and dip them in the ranch dressing. Cover on all sides. Then coat lightly in the corn bread mix. Place them in the hot oil and brown on all sides! Drain on paper towel. I think they taste the best with buttermilk ranch, but any ranch will do.
