2 Cups cooked shredded chicken
1 Box of Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chopped onion and celery
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chicken broth or white wine
Cook the box of Uncle Ben's Long grain wild rice according to the box. Saute onion and celery until soft. mix onion and celery all the ingredients, including the cooked rice and chicken. than pour into a pan (just smaller than a cake pan)
And Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees. |
