Recipe: This recipe is Very simple and can be altered as you wish and it will stay great tasting! Ingredients consist 2 seasoning packets, 6 cans undrained! and 1 pound of cooked ground meat, drain the grease! Optional ingredients could be shredded cheese and sour cream. I think the sour cream takes away from the goodness! 1 can of rotel 1 can of tomatoe sauce 2 cans of any corn or mexicorn 2 cans of different beans pinto and kidney works 1 Packet of Ranch Dressing 1 packet of taco seasoning Combine cooked meat and 6 cans and 2 seasoning packets into a pot cover and let simmer for 20 minutes so that seasonings can blend well with food. Enjoy as a soup which is beyond delicious or pour contents on top of tortilla chips, don't forget to sprinkle mexican cheese on top as the finale! 2seasoning Packets are crucial while other ingredients you can change out for example,I prefer diced tomatoes instead of tomatoe sauce because I prefer tomatoe chunks.Also it taste the same without the beans it just adds variety and I would recomend it for a more authentic mexican flavor.
