Puff's Crab Cakes |

Recipe: |
1 lb crab meat (already cooked)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons Worstershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
10 crushed Ritz crackers
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
Mix all ingredients well except crab.
Add crab, mix well, then form into cakes.
Place on cookie sheet
Cook in oven set at 425 for 20 minutes.
Ovens vary so you may need to check to see if you
need to cook a little longer.
Serve and enjoy! |
