Crab Avocado Salad

Recipe: 1LB Crab Meat 2 Avocados 2 Roma Plum Tomatoes 1 Cucumber 1/2 Onion 2 Jalapeños 1 Lime (juiced) Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1 packet of Chicken Bullion 1. Dice the avocados, tomotoes, cucumberes, onions,and jalapeñis and mix them in a bowl. 2. Add the lime juice, salt, pepper, and chicken bullion and mix these with the other ingredients (diced avocados etc.) 3. Strip the crab meat with your fingers or a fork in to thin layers and add to the mixture in the bowl. 4. Serve with chips or use as a side dish for any meal you like.
