Crock Pot Ham

Name: Keri Scott
Base: Little Rock Air Force Base
Recipe: 5-7 Pound bone-in ham (I used Cook's butt portion) 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (I used more) 2 teaspoons ground thyme ******************************** DIRECTIONS Use a 6-quart slow cooker. Unwrap ham and trim off the fat. Put ham into the slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, honey, butter, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and thyme. Pour mixture evenly over the ham. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until heated through. (****I cooked mine about 4 hours and it was falling off the bone. I think about 3.5 hours would almost be perfect. So, I would check it at 3 hour point. Also, I also put foil over the cooker and then put on my lid, just to make sure the steam/heat stays good and sealed.) Enjoy
