You need 1/2 of rice, 1 cup of salsa, 1 cup of water, and cheese (if desired).
1 Mix rice, salsa and water in small saucepan.
2 Bring to a boil, cover with lid and reduce heat to low.
3 Simmer, stirring every 5-7 minutes until rice is tender, about 20-25 minutes.
4 You can add the cheese so it won't be so spicy or just because it adds a little more flavor. |
