Homemade Kahlua Name: Christine Moulton Base: Fort Benning Recipe: Ingredients: 4 cups of water 2 1/2 cups of sugar 1Tbsp Chocolate syrup 5 tsp Instant coffee 1 1/2 cups of Vodka Boil water, add coffee and sugar. Simmer 20 mins then remove from heat. Add chocolate and then allow to cool completely. Once cooled add Vodka and mix well. Bottle in glass containers. Makes a great gift or just enjoy yourself.
