Recipe: Ingredients: 5 Pork Chops 5 medium potatoes, sliced 3 medium onions, sliced 1 103/4 oz can of cream of mushroom soup 1:Preheat oven to 350,Brown pork chops in a skillet 2:Put a layer of pork chops (or any sliced pork)in a 21/2 qt casserole dish 3:Top with a layer of onions and a layer of potatoes, repeat until all ingredients are used. 4:Combine soup with a 1/2 can of water in a small bowl and mix well. 5:Pour over casserole. Cover and bake for 1 to 11/2 hrs Enjoy!!!
