1 stick butter
9 tbsp flour
4 cups 2% milk
1 10oz bar Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheese, grated
1 large onion, chopped
Melt the butter and add onions. Cook until onions are tender. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Serve over cut toast. |
