4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 can chopped green chiles
2 cloves minced garlic
1 diced yellow onion
2 cans diced tomatoes with juices
1/2cup chicken broth
1 can black beans
1 teaspoon cumin
4 sliced corn tortillas 1/4 inch strips
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheeese
1 avocado
put first 8 ingredients in slow coooker for 3 hours on high. use a fork to shred the chicken. add cilantro, tortilla and salt and pepper to taste. top with cheese
