Ingredients
1 cup fruit fresh or frozen (prefer strawberries and blueberries)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp splenda
2 tblsp whey protein powder
2 tblsp milled flax seed
Ice optional
Directions
1. Trow everything in small blender (I like the Magic Bullet) and blend. If you can get past the grit of flax seed this smoothy really stays with you all morning long with no spikes.
