Meatball Surprise Name: Jennifer Toro Base: MCAS New River Recipe: 1 package of frozen meatballs 2 cans cream of mushroom soup milk 1 packet of brown gravy mix 1 cup of milk 1 package of egg noodles Cook meatballs according to package directions. In saucepan mix cream of mushroom soup, milk filled in each can once used, and brown gravy mix and 1 cup of cold water. Put on a medium heat to let thicken. Stir frequently and watch carefully to not burn. Cook egg noodles according to package. Mix all ingredients together in one pan (or bowl). Let cool and serve warm. the surprise is my children do not like mushrooms and do not realize they are eating them! Very easy to make and costs a little to feed an entire family!
