1 Pkg. Beef Rice A Roni
1 Pkg. Ground Beef
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup of milk
Cook ground beef and drain. Saute rice in 1 tsp. of butter until slighty brown; then stir and combine rice, seasoning mix, cream of mushroom soup, ground beef, and milk. Pour in a 9x13 casserole dish and cook in the microwave for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with rolls and vegetables.
