Ingredients
Salad
1 lb cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, shredded 1/2 cup red onions, chopped 1/2 cup pimento stuffed olives or 1/2 cup black olives, sliced 1/2 cup red bell peppers, chopped (optional) 1 -2 tablespoon capers, rinsed 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional) Dressing
1/4 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, more to taste garlic salt, to taste (optional) Directions
Combine salad ingredients.
Stir together dressing ingredients.
Combine dressing with salad.
