Recipe: |
1-2 Packages of Gyoza wrappers found in the most commissarys in the asian fridge section.)
1-2 packs of ground pork
cabbage (sliced small and the amount you want.)
1/2 cup green onions- chopped
ginger root (grated)
1-2 garlic cloves( minced)
salt and pepper
soy sauce for flavor also can add rice vinegar and sesame oil for flavoring as well.
1.Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for the wrappers.
2.Prepare a bowl with water and lay out the supplys.
3. Place a small amount (1tbsp) in each wrapper, seal with water and crimp edges.
4. When ready to cook, place oil in a pan just enough to cover the bottom of the pan, place dumplings in the pan ans cook until bottoms are brown. Then place a small amount of water ans simmer for 10-12 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
5.Dip in soy sauce and ENJOY!!!
Also can freeze the unused portion and eat at a later time. |
