Enchilada Hot dish (chicken)

Recipe: Fast, and easy. All the taste of enchiladas without the long prep time. What you will need: -2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast -1 large can of green, or red enchilada sauce -1 can of corn -1 small can of chiles -2 large handfuls of smashed tortilla chips -1 small can of diced tomatoes *optional* -shredded cheese (whatever kind you prefer, we get the mexican blend) Directions: -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees -boil chicken until thoroughly cooked, then shred the chicken. Do not cut it into cubes, the hot dish will come out more like a soup. -Mix all ingredients *except for the cheese* into a baking dish. -Cover the mixed ingredients in cheese, I myself put two handfuls on the hot dish. -Place hot dish in the oven and bake until cheese is thoroughly melted. (It takes approx. 15 minutes)
