Baked BBQ Chicken Wings

Name: Shirley Willis
Base: Fort Bliss, TX
Recipe: 1 Pack of Chicken Wings 1 Container of Garlic Salt Seasoning 1 Container of Weber Kansas City Style BBQ Rub 1 Bottle of Kansas City BBQ Sauce (Original) 1 Onion Chopped 4 Garlic Cloves minced 1. In a large mixing bowl season the chicken wings with garlic salt and BBQ rub and mix in the garlic cloves and onions(Its best to let the meat marinate in the seasoning overnight...but not necessary). 2. With a brush, coat the wings with a layer of BBQ sauce and lay them in a 13x15 bake dish. Use aluminum foil and a little bit of Pam to prevent the chicken from sticking to the pan. 3. Bake the chicken wings at a temperature of 475 degrees for approximately 45 min to an hour. At about 22 minutes in, flip the chicken wings so they roast evenly (optional...the meat will cook thoroughly even without this step). 4. When the chicken wings are ready, let them cool for 15 minutes then coat again with the BBQ and serve! This dish goes great with mashed potatoes and veggies!
