Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts fillet
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1/4lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
- salt and ground pepper
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
RECIPE
*Cut the chicken into small chunks
*Toss the chunks of meats into lemon juice
*Leave the meat to marinate into the juice
*Mix more lemon juice, water, sugar, and cornstarch together in a bowl to make the batter
*Put the chicken in the batter until covered
*Fry the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked
*After cooking the chicken put the chicken on a separate plate and cover them with lemon juice
*Sprinkle lemon pepper on the chicken and eat!
