Ingredients
1 small onions, sliced 1 can campbell broccoli cheese soup 1â3; cup milk 4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Directions
In large skillet, melt 2 tbsp.
margarine.
Cook onion until tender.
Stir in soup, milk, potatoes and pepper to taste.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover; simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
