Ingredients
1 can Evaporated milk
Kraft Parmesan cheese
1 Package chicken tenders
Soak chicken tenders in Evaporated milk 20 minutes in Refrigerator.
Shake off excess evaporated milk
Roll in Parmesan cheese
Fry in non stick pan in Margarine (Not butter it burns)on medium heat until brown on both sides and no longer pink in the middle. Drizzle pan drippings over chicken if desired.
Leftovers are great in salads IF you have any. |
