One 2lb package frozen hash browns, cubed
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped onion
10-12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic salt
1 pint sour cream
2 cup corn flakes
-Defrost hash browns enough to handle
- Mix 1/2 stick butter, onions, cheese, cream of chicken soup, garlic salt and sour cream
-put into 3qt casserole dish
-Melt half stick of butter, mix with corn flakes
-Pour over potato mixture
-Bake uncovered, 350 degrees 1hr 15min |
