Easy Moose Sliders

Recipe: Mix 1 pound moose burger or other lean burger in bowl with 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper with skin roasted and peeled, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, dash of red pepper flakes and salt if desired. Press mixture onto shallow bar pan until about 1 inch think and shaping into rectangle for easy cutting. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes or until done. Pour off any juices. While still in the pan, slice into 2 inch squares. Top each square with sliced pickle and cheese of your choice. Cut hotdog buns into thirds. Top each square with bottom bun then rest top bun on top. Place back in oven until cheese is melted and buns are warm. Garnish burgers as desired.
