Ingredients:1 box Blueberry Muffin,2 eggs,1/2 cup oil(you can substitute the oil 2 butter),blueberries in can inside box
Directions:pre-heat oven to 350 degrees for 8-10 mins.(depending on how big you make your cookies) for bigger cookies 8-12 mins. I use a small icecream scoop(sthe scoop a little bigger than a melon scooper)for regular size cookies and to make it all uniform. drain blueberry can inside box w/a strainer(drain as much liquid as you can)then place the blueberries gently onto a papertowel to drain some more(do not smash)while blueberries are draining, start sifting the blueberry mix into a mixing bowl once all sifted then add the eggs, and oil then fold w/a spatula. once all the mix is all combine then slowly & gently fold in the blueberries until you can see it everywhere in the mix. then use your ice scoop and place it on a cookie sheet. then bake it,wait for it to be done, cooled off & enjoy! |
